Instructions

The business purpose for these instructions is to direct clients of Greatapes/MediaXpress to our company FTP site and to explain the process for uploading zipped files to this site. If you have difficulties following these instructions or accessing the FTP site, please contact our graphics department at: 800.879.8273 or MediaXpress Graphics.

PC/Mac User Instructions:

To upload to our ftp site, you'll need an ftp program. If you don't already have one, here are a few to choose from:

Windows:
Filezilla (free)

Mac:
Cyberduck (free)
Fetch (free trial)

Login data:

Host: mediaxpress.net
User: Contact MediaXpress Graphics for the Login.
Password: Contact MediaXpress Graphics for the Login.

Email the filename to the designated contact at MediaXpress. This will ensure our graphics department downloads the file that corresponds to your order.
