Silkscreening

1. The MediaXpress screen press can accommodate any combination of up to 5 colors.

2. When screen printing on CD media without a white flood under process inks, colors WILL NOT appear the same as they do on paper.

3. Be advised that although every effort will be made to make an exact color match, the nature of screen printing on the surface of CD media will cause slight variations. Example: Pantoneâ and other process tints that are less than 15% are unlikely to screen properly. Tints less than 10% will not screen print. Tints of 85% or higher will screen as a solid color.
